Die Kursblöcke 7 und 8 unterscheiden sich von den vorherigen, so dass es ein besonderes Bewerbungsverfahren gibt.
Die beiden Kurse, die im April beginnen, befassen sich mit der Produktion HELDEN des Education Programms. In HELDEN treten 120 Kinder aus fünf allgemeinbildenden Schulen gemeinsam mit den rund 30 Teilnehmer*innen von (K)nie zu spät auf.
An den Probenterminen in der Deutschen Oper, die je nach Kurs montags oder mittwochs stattfinden, choreographieren die Teilnehmer*innen gemeinsam mit Kathlyn Pope ein eigenes kleines Stück, das sie am 7. Juli um 11 Uhr auf der Bühne der Deutschen Oper präsentieren werden. Darüber hinaus gibt es weitere Probentermine in den beteiligten Schulen, an denen die Teilnehmer*innen, teilweise alle, teilweise in kleinen Gruppen teilnehmen werden.
Um an (K)nie zu spät 7 und 8 teilnehmen zu können, sollten Sie Lust und Spaß an Bewegung haben, selbst choreographieren wollen, im Team mit vielen unterschiedlichen Menschen arbeiten und gerne mit Kindern zusammen tanzen wollen. Die Teilnahme an den Extra-Probenterminen ist darüber hinaus obligatorisch.
Bewerbungen werden zwischen dem 2. Februar und 15. Februar 2026 entgegengenommen. Auf Grund der Komplexität des Projektes wird im Anschluss und nach Sichtung der Unterlagen eine Auswahl getroffen.
