Was kommt nach dem letzten Applaus? Für Tänzer*innen beginnt mit dem Ende der aktiven Bühnenkarriere ein neuer Lebensabschnitt. Im Ballettgespräch Im Übergang: Was kommt danach? sprechen Intendant Christian Spuck und Dramaturgin Katja Wiegand mit aktiven und ehemaligen Ensemblemitgliedern des Staatsballetts Berlin über Herausforderungen, Chancen und persönliche Erfahrungen in dem Übergang vom Bühnenleben in neue Berufsfelder. Der Begriff ‹Transition› bezeichnet den umfassenden Prozess der Neuorientierung nach dem Ende einer aktiven Bühnenlaufbahn. Da Tänzer*innen ihre Ausbildung meist bereits im Kindesalter beginnen, bedeutet das Karriereende nicht nur einen beruflichen, sondern auch ein tiefgreifender, emotionaler und finanzieller Wandel. Um diesen sensiblen Übergang nachhaltig zu unterstützen, braucht es gezielte Förderstrukturen, individuelle Beratung und gemeinschaftliches Engagement.
