Ori Lichtik

Ori Lichtik is a versatile musician, drummer, and creative DJ. Since his first collaboration with Bertolina, Lichtik has been accompanying the choreographic process alongside Gai Behar and Sharon Eyal, creating music that reflects, triggers, and responds to the movements of the dancers with the tone and progression of his percussive sounds and rhythms. His compositions lead to results that precisely structure the works. In each live performance, improvisation takes place with layers of digitally manipulated effects that create a unique auditory experience at every event. He has been creating, producing, and developing music projects, techno raves, and numerous other music and performance events since 1996. Over the past decade, Lichtik has coordinated the DJ Department of Music and taught this program at the College for Musical Productions.
