    After completing her studies in Business Administration and Cultural Management, Irmtraud Ilmer's initial engagements led her to the Festspielhaus Baden-Baden and the Konzerthaus Berlin, where she worked in fundraising and event management. From 2008 to 2021, Irmtraud Ilmer served as the Head of the Supporters' Circle and Sponsorship Officer at the Komische Oper Berlin. From 2021 to 2023, she transitioned to the Mecklenburg State Theatre as the Company Manager for Ballett X Schwerin. Since 2023, she has been responsible for the area of Sponsoring & Fundraising at the Staatsballett Berlin.
