Daniil Moskovich

Profile

Daniil Moskovich is a lighting designer and multidisciplinary artist working across theatre, music and the visual arts. His practice centres on exploring light textures that extend beyond the standard repertoire of stage technology, often incorporating custom-built light objects of his own design.

As a multidisciplinary artist, he draws on extensive experience from music festivals and concert stages. By combining the possibilities offered by major theatre institutions with the practical knowledge gained through his own artistic work, he creates immersive visual environments tailored to the specific demands of contemporary opera and performance formats.

Nureyev marks his third collaboration with Kirill Serebrennikov, following Hamlet/Fantômes at the Théâtre du Châtelet in Paris and the revival of Barocco at the Théâtre Nanterre-Amandiers.
