In the following you will find some hints regarding known errors that might occur.

In general, you can restart the booking process by reloading the entire page.
(Internet Explorer: STRG + RELOAD button / Netscape: SHIFT + RELOAD button)

The Java applet does not appear. Even after waiting for a long time there is only a white or grey space to see.

Possible cause 1:

The Java functionality of your browser is likely to be disabled. Enable Java in your browser menu "Internet Options" or "Settings".

Possible cause 2:

The "Java Virtual Machine" is not installed on your computer. Download and install the Java plug-in provided by Sun Microsystems.

Symptom:

The Java applet does only load up to a certain percantage.

Possible cause:

Your trying to access the website from network protected by a firewall. Your firewall settings may cause the error prompt. In this case contact your network administrator.
Another cause could be a server down. In this case, try to access the website at a later point of time.

Symptom:

An error message "Es ist eine nichtvorhergesehene Ausnahmesituation eingetreten ... " is prompted.

Possible cause:

This might happen for several reasons. Please restart your request by using the start button. If the error message is prompted again, please contact our webmaster.

Symptom:

An error message "An internal error has occured" is prompted before access to the reservation window.

Possible cause:

This happens in case of a temporary server problem or if the server is temporarily not accessible due to maintenance reasons. Please try again later. Our server is in general 24/7 at your disposal, however, we ask for your kind understanding if our server should be not accessible due maintenance or updates.

Symptom:

An error message "An internal error has occurred" is prompted after accessing the reservation window.

Possible cause:

In this case the time limit could be exceeded, which causes the booking process to interrupt. This may also happen in case of a server down. Please restart your request. If this is to no avail again, please contact our webmaster. If your reservation is cancelled due to a timeout, a corresponding error message will be prompted in the applet.
